All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Use for Photoshoots & Video Shoots. With Seating, the space can comfortably fit 20 People. All amenities are included in the hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

We shot a short film at the house. The house is exactly what the picture depicted if not more. Natalie and her family are extremely nice hosts and very accommodating. They understand the filmmaking processes and are very professional. I would recommend this place to any other future filmmakers or event without a blink.

Host was amazing & very accomodating. We were allowed to come take a look at the space beforehand so we knew exactly how to setup for our event. Would recommend this space for a future event 100%

We booked this venue for a photoshoot, and the energy in the home itself was amazing. Found them on Instagram & I'm a big believer in energy and vibrations, so this for me is probably the most important quality especially when you're shooting with creatives. The host was super accommodating with a couple last minute changes I had to make, and the space was so unique because of its antiques and design that we forgot what year it was by spending a few hours there. We're so excited to develop the photos. Thank you for your space, Nanor!

Yes, I would book again.

We rented the Enchanted Cottage for my aunt's celebration of life and it ended up being the perfect space. The whole house is very unique and beautifully designed (both indoors and outdoors) so I didn't feel like I had to bring many decorations. I mentioned to the hosts ahead of time how much my aunt loved flowers and they kindly added extra flowers for us which our guests kept complimenting. The kitchen was spacious and tidy, as was the rest of the house. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Yes, I would book again.

Nanor and her family are wonderful people and great hosts—easy to deal with, kind, and professional. The house was exactly what I was looking for. We had an intimate engagement party with close family and friends and it was a pretty good mix of a large space, fun decor, and cozy setting. Also, there was definitely a lot of fun things for our guests to discover in the house and to keep them entertained. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house on that magical night, Nanor!
