No Smoking All trash is to be taken to the dumpster at the end of your shooting rental. Any trash that does not fit inside the dumpster is your responsibility. Failure to do so will result in a fee. An overtime rate shall be charged for productions that stay over their booked time of $200 per hour charged in hour increments. The refrigerator is available to productions to use for craft services, if you unplug the refrigerator for sound reasons please be sure to plug it back in. All in house equipment must be left on site at all times. The 300amp Lunch boxes can be connected for an additional fee. DO NOT try and connect them yourself unless you are a certified stage electrician. Failure to properly connect the lunch boxes can result in injury or death. Damage to the walls will result in a repainting fee of a minimum of $50.00 Do not rig or drill into the grip or any wooden beams or surfaces on the stage under any circumstance. Any drilling will result in a minimum $1000 charge. No shooting outside the building without special permission. No open flames. accidentally setting off the fire sprinkler system will result in a minimum fee of $1000.00. No drugs or alcohol on set. No glitter or fine particles.
