Visitors & Customers are to utilize the parking lot behind the building.

We have three large windows that face south. Those windows Receive consistent natural light all day with the brightest time of day being around 1-2 PM. The brightest time of the year is between October & March.

We are located in a historic brick and wood building so occasional creeks and outside noise will happen. We also are located near train tracks but experience about 1 train every 2-3 hours during the week. We've hosted many events for large advertising partners and agencies that have required live sound for interviews with high-profile clients. We have yet to receive a complaint. AC can be turned on or off.

Equipment for non-commercial shoots can be loaded up through the traditional elevator. For commercial shoots, we do have a freight elevator. Please inquire directly with us on our website to book.

Body by Motive Space

We have a standalone circuit breaker located on the north wall with complete access to all lights in the space. We can accommodate full production as we have 15 wall outlets, numerous additional power strips, and large 25ft extension cords built in.

Studio Paper Backdrop Information (Customer Self-Service) YOU AGREE TO TREAT THE BACKDROPS WITH CARE, AVOID RIPPING, TEARING, OR LETTING THEM UNRAVEL, AND AGREE TO NOT MOVE THEM FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE AREAS OR FACE A MINIMUM $50 FEE. YOU AGREE TO CONTACT MOTIVE IMMEDIATELY BY FACETIME OR OTHER VIDEO CALL IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE AND NEED HELP WITH THE BACKDROPS. IF WE DON'T HEAR FROM YOU AND THE BACKDROPS ARE DAMAGED, WE'LL LEVY A $50 FEE VIA YOUR CARD ON FILE. - No Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking or secondhand Smoke. This includes smelling like cannabis when arriving. As a private business, we reserve the right to turn away any guest who smells like cannabis, appears intoxicated, or appears under the influence of any substance. - No loitering in the common area halls. Guests are strictly prohibited from wandering the hallway. The only acceptable travel is to the bathroom, to our studio space, and to enter/exit the building via the front stairs. - We currently share our space with other businesses that require minimual disruptive noise. Anyone playing music at a volume level that can be heard through the walls will be asked to turn it down. - No propping of any exterior doors or additional guests beyond your stated guest amount on your booking. - No glitter, cake smashes, body oils, tinted makeup or moisturizer, confetti. Our space booking through Peerspace is meant for amateur to individual photographers and videographers. Companies and media production teams should contact us directly throughe our website to book. The rates posted here are not for professional productions. - Customers are not to touch, adjust, or manipulate the following: Router or other electrical components Backdrop mounts, stands, or paper rolls (outside of your selected one) If a backdrop paperoll is used without consent, a $50 charge will be incurred. No glitter, paint, body oils, or other substances allowed in the space. Please plan to change and dispose of any diapers in the restroom. A $50 fee will be incurred if trash of this nature is left inside a trash can inside the space.

Our furniture, decor, and lights can be moved to accommodate whichever area is needed for production. We have a storage closet that can fit the majority of the small pieces of furniture.
