What you get when you book: - Central air conditioning always set at 72 degrees - Private booking - Big full wall of windows for ambundant natural light and sunbeams - 1600 sqft of usable photo studio space - 14+ paper backdrop colors to choose from spread over 4 separate stations - Natural light paper backdrop station situationed directly next to the window - Private Unisex bathroom - Clothing Rack, Vanity, Steamer, and other various helpful items - Professional strobe lighting & continuous lighting + softboxes - over 30 different props and various large furniture pieces. - Wifi & Bluetooth speakers - Street-level parking - Hardwood floors & 15ft ceilings - Commercial electrical outlets & access to breaker box - Loading dock area & freight elevator (Motive attendant must be present to operate) by request How you'll get in: - Unique code for entry (must share email & phone) sent before the booking. - Space accessible via lockbox and unique code - Motive attendants stay on site but not in your space. Additional Restrictions: - No groups over 12 without additional fees. - All children under the age of 5 must be within eyesight and monitored at all times in the building. No running, or jumping on the furniture, and any damage will incur a minimum $250.00 charge to your card on file. - This is a professional photography studio and any damage to the installation or space affects all other customers. - no body oil, glitter, or tinted makeup. - no excessively loud music (we have a decibel meter) - no food or alcohol without prior consent - no smoking or secondhand smoke in the building - no smoke machines - no shoots promoting violence, drug use, or malicious activity. - It is the customer's responsibility to read the instructions available through the auto-text system about how to enter the building. All pop-up customers will enter through the front door on the west side of the building off of McGee, and have their clients enter through this door. No customers or clients should park or enter through the back of the building. The lock boxes are in working order and must be operated via the explicit instructions sent to you via text. Motive will not be available to come down and let you in if you have trouble using the traditional or electronic lockboxes.
