Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We use antibacterial disinfectant wipes on all surfaces in between bookings. Space is outdoors. Hand sanitizer on site. Lots of space on 5 separate levels (decks) for social distancing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
El Cajon Lakeside Countryside party area close to it all. One acre in a canyon with small stream at bottom, patios and decks, BBQ grill, gym, access to hot tub, large trampoline with waterpark feature, back deck overlooking canyon. The home is located on the El Cajon, Lakeside border. Minutes from the cute town of Lakeside a couple miles from Old-Town, down-town with quaint small-town shops, a lake with a bike path around it, etc. Two minutes from the Freeway for fast access to the many area attractions. Parking is available for 1 vehicle and plenty of free street parking down the driveway for extra vehicles. We have 3 huge round tables available for rent. The spaces are cleaned and sanitized after each stay for health and safety measures following the Covid-19 protocols.

Parking description
There is parking near the house for 4 cars and down the long private road there is plenty of free street parking with no time limit. You can add a valet service if you are having a large event.

Lighting description
The outdoor spaces are of course natural light. There is a lot of open shade as the property is surrounded by trees. The top deck has a clean white covering entirely over it. The additional decks have a combination of open shade and direct sunlight depending upon the time of day. If you would like Sunseeker app photos taken from a certain place with your named date I can send these to you.
The inside of the house is also available for shooting but we are putting this up as an additional listing. Any spot on our property in or outside of the home is available for shooting.
We have 50 Amp power outside as there are 2 RV spots and we also have a converter to bring this to 30 Amp power as well as a number of Edison outlets outside.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are quite far from the street so street noise is not great here. We are fairly separated from neighbors so usually you do not hear them. Occasionally there are small dogs heard while you are outside. There are outdoor sounds of nature including quite a few birds in the trees. The free, is small and slow running so does not make noise unless you walk down the small dam. There are not loud AC noises outdoors. Any appliances within the house can be unplugged if they make sounds during shooting.

Equipment loading description
There is a long private driveway and then the drive slopes down. We've pulled a 33 foot RV all the way down to in front of the house so you could pull in small trucks and vehicles but you'd likely want to park anything large down on the street once unloaded/loaded.
Staging area is available
We have both an indoor living room, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a kitchen which can be used by talent. We also own a 33 foot RV which can be rented out for an additional fee and which has a bathroom, seating area, power, AC, etc.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Outside there are no off-limits areas for shooting. There is a lower, separate unit within the house which is sometimes rented out and this would not be open for shooting unless it is arranged prior since it may be rented to someone else. Other than we are more than happy for you to shoot outside, inside, on the wrap around decks, etc.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have 50 Amp power outside for RV spots (see photo of plugs)
We have modern interior outlets. The back yard area has the 50 amp (with an adapter to 30 Amp if needed) and has a couple of Edison outlets. The circuit breaker is right on the side of the house near the hot tub.
In front the 33 foot RV has a generator that can be run for anything under 2000 watts if needed but for an additional fee.
We are happy for very large lights to be used but for using a lot of large lights with the 50 Amp outlet we'd need to discuss this to see if there is an additional charge for power consumption.
You are welcome to bring generators on-site as needed.

I'm a cinematographer and thus we try to keep this home as production-friendly as possible. As long as production is respecting our home and our things we are open to anything. Furniture and decorations can be moved as long as they get moved back and not damaged (damage would of course need to be paid for). If you needed to paint something this could be discussed. We are really happy for the space to be filmed in and are open to any ideas as long as you discuss this before-hand.
