RATE: $165/hr - Photography Rate (rate applies to individual photographers ONLY) - No group photography sessions-custom rate will apply $185/hr - Film/Video Rate - **Depending on the project. Custom proposal for larger projects.** - No smoking or vaping in the building - No dancing productions are allowed on the hardwood floors, they are only allowed in the disco room or parlor room. - No hammering or taping anything to the walls, wallpaper or the mural in the backroom! - No removal or taping of the ceiling poppies - No removal of clouds in the disco room and no removal of disco ball! - No large furniture, including tables, couches, organ, piano, woven peacock/rattan chairs, or plants are to be moved. - No knick-knacks, plants, or Fort Greene belongings to be moved. - Nothing to be leaned against or propped against the walls, mural, or wallpaper. - Any filming equipment must be padded and nothing is to be drug across the floor. - All props, gear, equipment, band equipment, etc MUST be lifted and padded. - NO glitter, confetti, and feather boas allowed!! -No fake blood - No Fireworks - No using alcohol or glassware that's behind the bar or property of our location. -RENTAL TIME BEGINS UPON ENTRY AND ENDS AT TIME OF EXIT. YOUR RENTAL TIME INCLUDES SETUP AND BREAKDOWN. PLEASE EXTEND YOUR RENTAL TIME TO ACCOMMODATE ANY SETUP AND BREAKDOWN NEEDED. PLEASE RESPECT THIS thank you! 💚💚💚.
