This space is great for Clothing Brands, E-Commerce Site Updates, Album Covers, Music Videos, Photo shoots, Commercials, dance videos, life style photo and video, Product photos and anything creative you can think of. Main Stage floor was renovated with new matte white epoxy floors for use of the entire space. Dressing Room included for hair, makeup and outfit change. Additional room with couch and chairs for waiting, resting, hanging out during shoot. Maybe used as additional Dressing Room or Prep Area. All lighting and equipment pictured included in every rental. Ground floor access for easy loading and unloading. This beautiful studio is fitted with a 14' W x 20' L Seamless White Cyc wall, with a 13' x 13' railing system secured above for better lighting, and more room to work. There are 4 switch controlled outlets mounted above the rails to plug in lighting and other equipment. We have a 17' Black Velvet Curtain on rails to black out the studio, or windows that allow soft natural light to come in. Behind the black velvet curtains, we have secured another layer of white sheer curtains to add a different look for portrait photographers.
