About the Space

Beautiful new modern building with a garage door in the studio for seamless load-in and load-out. Great kitchen with 10 foot island - plenty of room or your food stylist to work. There is a comfortable lounge area for your clients and a table to work at, next to the shoot space so your clients can still be involved, but be comfortable. There is a 65-inch tv with apple tv for tethered display. Bonus - fabulous coffee shop with delicious treats across the street!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

This studio was PERFECT in every way for what I was wanting for my team branding photoshoot! I was blown away by the beautiful set up and decor/lighting and could not have asked for anything better. The host, Jennifer was so sweet and helpful/responsive with any questions that I had as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone and plan to rebook for any future events or shoots I have in mind.

This space was wonderful! It is brightly lit and has lots of windows (which have multiple shades that can be used to adjust the lighting and privacy level as needed). It is spacious, has a nice kitchen area with large counter space as well as two additional tables, a couch, and chairs. We had a Celebration of Life in this space and it was just the right size for us! Lots of table space for photos, refreshments, and just relaxing. There was a TV monitor for a slide show and bluetooth for some soft classical music, which Jennifer and family helped us learn how to use. Jennifer and family were very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this space for small to medium size events.

I HIGHLY recommend this stuido and especially booking with Jennifer! She is seriously one of the sweetest people I have met and was so helpful throughout the process even providing some tips and expertise on lighting when we arrived. This was my first time booking on Peerspace and Jennifer made sure that I will be back again! Thank you so much for an incredible experience and successul video shoot.

Absolutely the best natural light studio in St. Louis. The natural lighting is perfect and this studio is perfect. This is the only studio that I will drive 4-hours to conduct a photo shoot there. Absolutely perfect.
