About the Space
The Library is ALCOVE’s reserved lounge onto which all rooms open, creating a hub of activity and collaboration before and after meetings. Come early for your meeting or stay late, enjoying a space that encourages both productivity and relaxation. This space can be reserved in conjunction with The Forum as pre- or post-function space to enhance the meeting experience, perfect for cocktail receptions or happy hours. The Library is equipped with a 65” display and music are available to create a desired experience. Capacity: 35-75 persons. Seating available for 35 persons. Max capacity for 75 persons.

Cleaning/Housekeeping The ALCOVE will refresh rooms each day during breaks and the conclusion of a meeting. This refresh includes: trash removal maintenance of restrooms other minor maintenance
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
