Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are an off grid farm in the middle of the forest. There is an 1200 foot airstrip running through the middle of the orchard. There are amazing Mountain View’s from 2 sides of the property. We built a beautiful A frame tiny house with one side wall that opens up to breathtaking views. Photos can be taken in our a frame tiny house rental that also has an outdoor bathtub/ shower. We also have a 30 acre walnut orchard and many fam animals such as goats, sheep, horses, alpacas, chickens and ducks. Photos can be taken in the orchard or on farm equipment and with any of the animals.

General Rules

Please no feeding the animals. We don’t allow smoking during fire season. Outside catering is allowed. Almost anything is possible here, message me with what you are thinking and I’ll make sure it is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space
