In need an epic outdoor space for your team's Off-Site get-together? FranMo Urban Farm is an Off-Site Space that is available for short-term, hourly, and multi-day Work Team related functions. When your team needs time to get outside, commune with nature, and get their creative juices flowing, FranMo offers the perfect off site destination to get away from it all... and still be there. Depending on what you would like to do with your group FranMo offers multiple staging options, practical use spaces and a massive lawn. Basic amenities provided; tables, chairs, indoor restroom and day of event support services. Open catering policy so, hire a professional or have food delivered. We are always happy to make referrals for support services. FranMo Urban Farm is centrally located just 10-miles north of downtown Seattle. Uber and Lyft-friendly drop off.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
