About the Space
Host your next gathering in our stylish multi-level space in Washington DC area, perfect for parties, video shoots, and events. Guests will have access to two levels of our house, as well as a scenic patio and spacious backyard. For larger gatherings, our venue can accommodate up to 35 guests when booked in its entirety. This space has full surround sound inside and outside. We offer the option of outside catering or in-house services, and alcohol is permitted. Video equipment and extra lighting can be provided for an extra fee. Kindly note that smoking and outdoor shoes are not permitted. Shoe covers are available for an additional charge. Your unforgettable event starts here! There is extra Sony camera equipment on site if needed as well as on site marketing services for branding and social media and videographer. We can also provide live streaming services on multiple platforms. ***This comes with both levels included

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
