Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
When filming in our production studio, the safety and health of all video crews is essential. We provide an assistant at the front door to check-in guests, take their temperatures, and fill out a health and safety form. We recommend clients keep production crews to a minimum, and for all individuals to follow CDC guidelines. If required, we can provide a live camera feed and teleprompter so clients can remotely monitor and interact with on-screen talent from the comfort of their homes.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
