This property is a large custom built estate on a sprawling double lot in Baldwin Hills! The listed price is for the exterior only. An additional $200/hr includes the downstairs playroom area that includes the movie theater, pool table, living space and wet bar. On the exterior, you'll find a modern deck with amazing city views complete with the Hollywood sign. You'll also find a large furnished modern cabana with a wet bar, fireplace, heaters, cable TV, refrigerator, freezer and bluetooth speakers. **pricing is tiered based on the size of your party. pricing starts at $499/hour for parties up to 30 people**

We booked this space for a very exclusive solo art exhibition for paint artist Jovan Clark @jvnclrk. He is signed to my talent management company and wanted to showcase his pieces at a beautiful, private space in Los Angeles to 60 guests. Everything about this space is as described and it actually looks better than the photos. Photos cannot do it justice. The space is huge! There is an amazing high-end, fresh, clean, luxury vibe, so it was perfect for my event. It was worth every penny. The host Dolann is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very responsive, very professional and I knew all of the rules and expectations before the start of my event. She is transparent about everything. Overall, the event worked out well and my client is so happy his dream came true. I give this place a 10/10 and would definitely suggest booking it if you have an event and want a beautiful space with a great host!

Toussaint was an amazing host I ever met in LA!! He's very communicative and helpful, and everyone loved the venue!! I definitely recommend you book this venue if you are hosting the event for a big group!!:)
