The WILD 7 STUDIOS Podcast Studio is one of a kind. Comes furnished with a gaming couch, mid-century modern furniture (2 low chairs), an L-shaped podcast desk with professional podcast equipment (RODEcaster Pro + Rode Podcaster mics + articulating arms), Up to 4 rolling chairs, HD Projector with A/V cart, mini-fridge, Blu Tooth speaker with aux, studio artwork, headphones, cell phone holder, black curtains, an "on-air" light up sign, and great views. External monitor, additional lights, 4k cameras + tripods, c-stands, and green screen/blue screen backdrops are available at extra cost. Podcast engineer and camera operators also available at extra cost. Space is great for: - Recording & filming podcasts - Other audio recordings The floor includes access to 2 bathrooms, a hand-washing area, waiting area with two couches and mid-century modern tables, and a record player/aux cord. This is a historic building with a manual elevator that runs from 930am-4pm, with the exception of 12:30pm-1pm. Only available Mon-Fri's on non-holidays. Stair access available before and after hours and on weekends. *Furniture can be rearranged but please ask in advance and make sure to put back how it was when you're done.*

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
