* The application of COVID-19 guidelines and their subsequent communication to guests are at the sole discretion of the lessee. 1. Coworking Space: - Vacuum or sweep the floors to remove dirt and debris. - Wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops, with disinfectant. - Disinfect commonly touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons. - Empty trash bins and replace with new liners. - Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. 2. Kitchenette or Break Area: - Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, and appliances. - Empty and clean refrigerator and microwave. 3. Conference Rooms: - Wipe down tables, chairs, and any AV equipment. - Vacuum or sweep the floors. - Empty trash bins.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
