About the Space
Spacious photographers dream in the heart of Sonoma wine country. Perfect for product and lifestyle photography and small video productions. The professional chef's kitchen provides a naturally lit modern, upscale setting for cooking demos and food and beverage scenes. The grand white marble island with wine fridge and bar seating has plenty of work space, and the deep porcelain farmhouse sink is ideal for modern farmhouse styling. The unique wine room, with tasting table, bar, and bottle storage, is ideal for showcasing wine and spirit products. Outdoors, capture classic California indoor/outdoor living at its best with the beautiful pool, expansive lawn and lounge seating. Twilight photographers will enjoy the firepit, ideal for creating lifestyle moments. The primary master bathroom has a deep free-standing soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. There are 3 other full bathrooms in the house. With 3400 sf of modern luxury, the 4 master bedroom home offers plenty of options for staging, changing rooms, and equipment storage.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Hello, We rented the Sycamore home in Santa Rosa for one of our production days and the communication with Nikki and her assistant was perfect. Nikki and her team were kind enough to allow us to scout the location prior to filming which gave us a great idea of how we would plan our production day. The home was spot on with the photos posted so there were no surprises there. We utilized the Sycamore home to create content for a client that will be used through their social outlets. The interior of the home was clean and beautiful. The outdoor area was also amazing. We limited our outdoor shots due to weather but we were able to pull off some summer looking scenes. Nikki and her team were great to work with and very accommodating when we requested to add additional time to the rental. Overall, this would be a home our team will keep high on the list for future home rentals in Sonoma County. Thank you to Nikki and her team for a wonderful experience! DF

This was the second time we filmed in this space. This time around, we filmed three different commercials in two days and the remarks from the crew was unanimous: "You booked the perfect spot!" Beautiful lighting, quiet neighborhood, so many angles within the home to choose from for any scene. Would definitely book again!

The Sycamore House is gorgeous, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Nikki was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. We booked this home for a 2-day photoshoot and everything went very smoothly. The space offered many options for our various sets and we used the rooms as private dressing rooms for our models. We will definitely be back! :)
