Open floor plan, Airy feel, high ceilings. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. White kitchen. Rustic, farmhouse, twist of modern decor. Large backyard with pool and gazebo. Basketball court in the backyard. Large balcony, and patio cover. Can fit up to 200 people. No hoa. Lots of street parking. No neighbors on one side.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

THE SPACE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! I used for a film shoot and was so happy with with my experience!!! All of my cast and crew walked in and were wow'd! Jackie is beyond gracious and accommodating as a host!!! wonderful communication, helpful and just honestly had a wonderful spirit and energy when I met her!!! I definitely recommend using this space and allowing Jackie to be your host!!!
