Several other parking lots exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance. Parking Lot: $5 all day parking. Attached to building, enter through Los Angeles Street. (You'll see yellow wall & a uphill ramp) Meter Parking: Usually spots are filled, but you may get lucky

Excellent natural lighting. Peak times 12pm - 7pm

Able to play loud music. If windows are open, you may hear sounds from the streets below.

Hallways Fire Escape

- 4 person capacity due to COVID-19. - Face mask required until you enter unit - Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves - Leave trash where directed - No refunds for any unused time - Bathroom keys by door - Renter must never leave the studio unlocked and/or unattended. Door must be shut firmly - Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to company’s property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or his party occupies the premises - Return the props / furniture to were you found them - Please respect others and leave on time (if you need more time. please contact us) - All crews should wrap up with enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time, otherwise overtime will be charged - Security Cameras (24/7 recording) are placed inside & outside the studio - Smoking allowed (No Tobacco) - Smoking inside unit (ONLY) - Drilling holes into the walls, ceiling and doors is prohibited only 3M command strips (double-sided tape) is allowed on the walls and must be fully removed. No duct tape, only gaffers or painter’s tape - Security Camera please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7 - Renter is solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age. Studio has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the renter’s activities but reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18 and to end those activities if Company becomes aware that legal age violations are occurring. Studio is not liable in the case of an invalid ID or any other form of age verification - Overtime Fee (IMPORTANT) Additional time is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30 minute increments. Crew/talent/guests, and equipment must be out of the studio by the end of your booked hours to avoid overtime charges. Charges will be deducted from your security damage deposit or billed via Peerspace within 72 hours

Furniture could be moved gently with care. All of the furniture has to be returned back to their original locations when done. No wall decorations could be removed.
