This newly renovated self-service studio is where friends create awesome things. The updated space includes powerful AC, more natural light and better vibes all around. Each rental cost offers you a cyc wall and lighting gear to bring your dream to reality. This East Nashville studio is small, but mighty. The space offers a perfect dreamscape for filming a flawless music video, curating a dramatic photo shoot, recording a slightly pretentious podcast, or just sitting in a big blank room to get some peace and quite for once. Who said money can't buy happiness?

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Super cute spot! Perfect for any type of photoshoot. We had a maternity shoot and the place was private, comfortable, well-equipped, easy to find, all the good stuff! Thank you so much!

Great looking space, great lighting, love the white wall! It was very very hot while we were there (it was 103 outside though! Just couldn’t keep up well. Would be perfect in fall or spring!), and the sticky mat was in the way pretty much the whole time and I couldn’t find a good spot to put it up to keep it away from my little ones (who kept getting stuck to it haha). So if you have young children that part might be a little difficult! The owners were quick to communicate and super nice! Thank you!

Love that the lighting gear is included! Beautiful place, nice and quiet, and worked perfectly for my merch photoshoot! Booking was simple and straightforward and I actually booked on the same day which speaks to the ease of the whole process. I will definitely return for more creative projects.
