Open the door to this 8th floor, 900+ sq ft loft with 12-foot ceilings and windows that are 20ft in length and 7 1/2+ ft in height overlooking West Louisville's landscape. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Beautiful space! Brooke was very responsive, answered all of our questions so we knew we had the right space for out project, and gave us all the info we needed ahead of our video shoot. The natural light in this space is unreal!

We had a small shoot in Kentucky and this studio was the perfect location to film an interview. Brooke was a fantastic host from the onset, making the process very smooth. She was also very helpful when something unfortunate happened late in the evening before the shoot. We landed with only half of our equipment and reached out to Brooke for help and she immediately responded! She put us in touch with other filmmakers she knew in the area and we actually were able to discuss renting more equipment, even though it was close to midnight! Funny thing is that in the end, we did not need any more equipment as the studio was perfect, with an abundance of natural light, and absolutely stunning views. Again, a perfect host and space to work with! I can't recommend it enough."
