Please Read Full Description. Open space ideal for dance classes, rehearsals, fitness classes, or videography. The studio includes a changing room and a small kitchen. There’s a receptionist desk and a waiting area located at entry of studio. The space includes a curtain that can be closed to gain privacy. There is an additional fee for any events that include food. Discount available for booking multiple dates at one time. Please be sure to include your set up and break down time in your booking time.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

WOW! Jeanna is incredible! She showed me all the ropes of the studio, how to work audio and lighting. She is a gem! I love the studio itself its gorgeous and classy! Its clear that she herself knows what a dance instructor would need for a class because she has it all! Definitely booking this space right this moment for my next events!
