It is not a balcony and is strictly off-limits to all clients, crew, models, and guests. The ledge is monitored by camera. For everyone's safety, anyone who steps onto the ledge for any reason, including photos, will result in a $1,500 charge, immediate cancellation of the shoot, and no refund.
