About the Space

We're thrilled to offer our warm and inviting space as a rental for all of your special events. Flooded with bright, natural light, an open, airy layout. This is the perfect place to have a private event of all kinds. Our modern zen-infused decor already provides the ideal backdrop for your production. Our comfortable soft seating and variety of round, high top, and banquet tables and chairs provide seating for more than 100 guests and you are welcome to arrange for additional furniture rental to meet your event needs. We have a small kitchen equipped with a fridge and plenty of counters and table space for a buffet set up. As a co-working space and wellness center, we're also a great place to host a retreat or conference for your clients. Our conference room is equipped with a smart TV, whiteboards and a conference table that seats 16, plus complimentary wifi is available with your rental. We also have outdoor patio seating and a grill. With our main function being co-working, events during work day hours are priced at a premium due to a full closure of the space. If you have an event during work day hours with 40 people or less, please inquire through this listing or our meeting space listing.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Beautiful space, easy to work with and excellent help while we were there. Very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely use it again. Only thing to consider is the downstairs is not accessible for people who use wheelchairs or have trouble going up and down. Otherwise, excellent!

Hosting our milestone anniversary celebration at ModernWell was a fantastic experience. We wanted something different than a traditional banquet space. ModernWell space was just what we wanted - a casual, modern space with flexibility and a cool vibe. Many of our guests commented about how wonderful and different the space was for mingling, dinner and dancing. The staff was very helpful. They worked well with our event coordinator.

Amazing space! Used for a photo shoot where I needed a professional setting. Colors, lighting, furniture -- it all made my photos look incredible. I highly recommend for professional photos.
