Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Cleaning is done in between shoots. Anything that is regularly touched is wiped down with disinfectant cleaners.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space
House has a spacious layout. Multiple living area can be used separately. Layout allows for the living room and the Den to lead through French doors to the backyard patio. House includes a pool, a covered and open patio. Patio is not fully furnished and allows for staging. Great for entertaining. Two teenage bedrooms, Gamer and Anime geek. Available for filming/photo shoots, and commercials.

Windows have shutters and Doors have blackout curtains. Brightest time of the day is between noon and 2:00 pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are not a busy street.Quiet neighborhood. The cinder block walls that separate me from the neighbors allow for privacy. Indoors the noise does not travel out with everything closed. Furnace/AC can only be heard in the hallway.

side walk ways are large enough to bring in equipment from driveway and roll to the back. With the French double doors it allows for easy loading.

Electrical system description
Circuit Breaker is located easily on the side of the house toward the back yard. Outlets are available throughout the house. About 45kwh a day are used in the home.

General Rules
Smoking is allowed but preferred to be done outdoors. Minimally inside. Outside catering and alcohol is allowed. No painting without proper coverage or any activity that may cause permanent damage to property.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
