About the Space

House has a spacious layout. Multiple living area can be used separately. Layout allows for the living room and the Den to lead through French doors to the backyard patio. House includes a pool, a covered and open patio. Patio is not fully furnished and allows for staging. Great for entertaining. Two teenage bedrooms, Gamer and Anime geek. Available for filming/photo shoots, and commercials.

Ruby’s place is FANTASTIC! It is definitely can host events for 50 people! The interior of her home is beautiful! Great kitchen and 2 spacious living rooms! The backyard is amazing! There were two different sections for groups to hangout and chat or play games. Ruby is great! Very communicative since I rented her place! Was present to receive me the day of; so nice and clear with home instructions! I would definitely book her place again!
