PRICING IS DETERMINED BY GUEST COUNT up to 40 guests - $950 45-80 guests - $1,050 All Day (12 hours) - $1,500 Includes: - 6 hour time slot (use as you please) - All White Room - Tables for guests - Tablecloth (Black, White or Ivory) - Clear Chiavari Chairs - Prep Kitchen - 2 Food Tables - 5 Wire Food Racks w. Water Pans *must bring your own fire* - Gift Table - Cake Table - 1 draped backdrop (in any color desired) - Event Uplighting - Venue Assistant to - - Remain on-site during the event for cleaning & sanitizing - Set up & Take Down tables & chairs Children's events must end by 8 PM. All other events *Including sweet 16 & Quinceaneras* may end as late as 12 AM. Restrooms & High-Touch areas are regularly sanitized during events as well as between each event when tours are being conducted. All linens are washed with a disinfectant detergent.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
