About the Space
Open floor plan single family home in the iconic beach town of Encinitas in Northern San Diego County. The home features bright photogenic spaces such as a a warmly styled living room space with fire place, clean bright white kitchen, two newly renovated spa-like bathroom spaces with unique tiles, a free standing tub, walk in showers and unique finishes, modern outdoor pool and lounge spaces with tropical trees and plants, outdoor textured tile and landscaped yard, and a large variety of spaces perfect for a set or photo shoot. The space works particularly well for beauty campaigns and health and wellness projects and it has a very clean contemporary yet warm and stylish look. The home is 1600 sq feet and features 2000sq ft of outdoor spaces.
