Our bright, modernized photo studio is located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, across the street from Brooklyn Bridge Park to be exact! Although our 1,000 sqft studio space has incredible amounts of natural light, we also have a wide range of lighting equipment included in the booking rate! The on-site freight elevator is available but there are 5 large elevators in the building that can accommodate most hand-held equipment. The building has a doorman/security upon entry. NEW MOMS: Building provides a beautiful Mothering Quarter for comfortable pumping/feeding. Please inquire in advance for access to the room prior to your booking. The studio is equipped with a mini-fridge for storage. There are plenty of public transportation options surrounding the studio (A, C to HIGH STREET; 2/3 to CLARK STREET; F to YORK STREET; B25 Bus to FULTON FERRY) as well as food (takeout + dine in); we are located next door to Brooklyn Roasting Company and across the street from Starbucks. Prefer to cycle to work!? No problem! The building also offers an enormous bike rack storage room. Please inquire prior to booking. Great space for industry professionals, up+coming artists, content producers/influencers, intimate events, and even an ideal place for quick wardrobe changes if you're taking pictures by the Brooklyn Bridge! Our space prides itself in being self-sufficient. Meaning: Please RETURN the studio's equipment and appearance the way it was upon arrival. Please be aware of your time management, as set-up + breakdown should be done WITHIN your booked time. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the studio is left in disarray or unkempt. We offer ONE pull of white in your booking rate. Grey or Black are available for $10 PER PULL. In stock seamless colors are $20 per pull. For a special color requests that we do not have an inventory of the cost will be $70 for the roll and delivery. Please give us 2-3 days advanced notice. We also offer CUSTOM material/fabrics for backdrops starting at $70 EACH; prices vary. PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU NEED MORE TIME FOR YOUR BOOKING! We work a tight schedule, and a cleaning fee will be implemented if the studio is not in its original shape by 15 minutes past your booking end time (grace period).
