You must book to reserve and follow PEERSPACE cancellation policy. -COI may be required for large production bookings. **SECURITY** Studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY). Our 1400 SQFT bright photo studio is located in the heart of DUMBO Brooklyn, few streets away from Brooklyn Bridge Park to be exact! Our studio space has incredible amounts of soft natural lighting throughout the entire day - Direct sunlight in the mornings (8am - 12pm). *PROPS, EQ LIST, FURNITURE, STUDIO ARRANGEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE* **PLEASE NOTE** Our space prides itself in being SELF-SUFFICIENT. Meaning: Please RETURN the studio's equipment and appearance the way it was upon arrival - PLEASE LIFT, DON'T DRAG, or you may be liable for additional cost. Please be aware of your time management, as set-up + breakdown should be done WITHIN your booked time. You will be responsible for overtime fee until all parties have left the studio. You will be charged an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee if the studio is left in disarray or unkempt. PLEASE NOTE: COMMUNICATE IF YOU NEED MORE TIME FOR YOUR BOOKING! We work a tight schedule! To respect everyone’s booked sessions please do not arrive prior to your reservation time. Please note that your reservation ends 10 minutes before the last hour is up. Please start wrapping up and leave the studio by the time your booking is over. There is an overtime fee of $100 per hour that you overstay if it's not communicated. If equipment or studio items are found damaged or irreparable, you will be responsible for 100% cost value to replace/repair. BRINGING IN ART MATERIALS + PROPS: YOU MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL before bringing any hard to clean materials and props! Any hard-to-clean materials such as glitter, confetti, powder, oils, wax is also not allowed in the studio. Failure to do so will no longer be allowed back in our studios. There will be a penalty of $500 to any customer found using smoke or fog other than water based and will not be allowed back in our studios. This will be strictly enforced. *The on-site freight elevator is available but there are 2 public elevators in the building that can accommodate most hand-held equipment. The building has a doorman/security upon entry. *There are plenty of public transportation options surrounding the studio (A, C to HIGH STREET; 2/5 to BOROUGH HALL; F to YORK STREET) as well as food (takeout + dine in). Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
