Ideal space for Small Social Gatherings & Corporate Parties, Workshops & Panels, Meetups & Master Minds, Photo & Video Shoots. • Up to 12 people • Casual/ cozy set up • Projector + Screen • Kitchen • Food/ drinks allowed • Available on weekdays • Available all day on weekends • $85 - $100 / hour Note: 3 flights up the stairs Open space in shared office (semi-private)

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Really awesome space for our team Orientation/Training day. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. Everyone commented how cool of a space it was. It is up 3 flights of stairs which made loading our stuff in and out fun but worth it! Rose was so helpful, even answered my call during the event when we couldn't find the projector. Would definitely use again! Thank you!

We had a small birthday party after hours and had to pick up a key for the office beforehand, and Rose was very clear and organized in communication. Our experience went very smoothly! Space was more than enough to accomodate a dozen people

The space was awesome for a 15-20 people event. Rose was very responsive at answering all my questions and allowed me to visit the space before booking, which was great. We would definitely come back and book it again.
