The venue is made up of multiple spaces including our 8,500 square foot Main Hall, 1,700 square foot Rooftop and 450 square foot Boardroom/Get Ready. Ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations, non-profit fundraisers, board meetings, watch parties, corporate parties and more. Our Main Hall is a blank slate with fresh white brick, high ceilings, natural light and extensive built-in audio/video elements such as projectors with drop-down screens, in-house sound system, microphones and more accommodates up to 650 guests for a seated dinner or over 800 for a standing reception. Our open-air Rooftop is draped with market lights and is ideal for groups of up to 200 for a ceremony, 120 for a seated dinner under the stars or 150-175 for a standing cocktail reception. Additional fee applies to add the Rooftop to the Main Hall rental. The 2nd Floor Boardroom/Get Ready Room can easily accommodate 20+ guests for a private meeting with in-room restroom and kitchenette. Ideal for use as a greenroom or wedding get-ready room when booking the Main Hall space, with built in vanities, mirrors and natural light throughout! Additional fee applies to add the Get Ready Room to the Rooftop or Main Hall. Included in venue rentals are tables, chairs, background house sound, basic A/V services (additional AV services available for fee), Wi-Fi, on-site event manager, security, housekeeping services. Minimum 8-hour rental in the Main Hall to include setup and tear down time.
