About the Space
This is a beautiful warehouse space. It serves as a digital fabrication and prototyping shop for a design studio in Venice Beach. A total of 10,000 sqft of indoor/outdoor space.. Design features in the shop include exposed white brick, bow truss ceilings and concrete floors. Sonos sound system available. Pantry space available with counter space and a full refrigerator in the new kitchen. Street parking. Wheelchair accessible. Two bathrooms. Often used by private supper clubs for evening events of up to 200 people. This space is ideal for parties, meetings, conferences, dinners, classes, photo shoots and more. space in the shipping container.
