Large 4th floor loft studio rental space in the Cooper Young/Midtown area of Memphis sitting at 550 square feet. (No elevator) Ideal for podcast Youtubers, photoshoots, and small videos. There is some natural lighting in the studio. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and functional restroom in the studio. The unit will come furnished, depending on your needs some items can be moved or removed. All hourly rentals come with WIFI. Minimum 2 hours booking. Please note that set-up and breakdown must happen within your allotted booking time.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
