About the Space
Our space is the ideal location for private photoshoots, podcasts and small, intimate gatherings of 10 or less. We feature a front gallery space that is charming, open and intimate. A secondary lounge area for eating and a kitchen area for small prep and clean up and a master suite, ideal for changes and breaks.

The main gallery space has two chandeliers lighting the center of the space as well as recess lighting along both walls. All lights can be dimmed as well as turned off and on.

The front and side entrance of the property has 4 steps to the door and may require a ramp for loading.
Loading trucks can utilize driveway as well as on-street parking.

There are approximately 1- 2 outlets along every wall in the house.
The circuit breaker is located outside of the property and can not be readily access.
We will need to know if access to the circuit breaker is needed so that the lock can be removed during the reservation.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
No loud music
No parties allowed without pre-approval. All events hosting more than 10 guests must be pre-approved.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
All decorations can be removed for production with prior agreement with owner.
All decorations must be returned to original position at the end of reservation.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
The Property has surveillance cameras around the outside perimeter of the house. Property also has recording cameras in main gallery space and upstairs lounge area. There are no surveillance or recording devices in private areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We ensure that each reservation is spaced to give time to make sure the property is cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
