**Please note that the landlord is planning construction in the neighboring unit beginning in May/June for several months. The studio space will still be privately rented for clients, but there may be noise from the construction process that can be heard in the studio space. Anyone renting during this period understands and agrees that this noise is acceptable. If this will not work for you I suggest choosing another rental location during this time. Thank you.** Studio space available for photo and video shoots. Work on your photography project with Katie, the studio owner, or rent it with your own photographer or to DIY. Inquire about equipment rental and help with set building. Small workshops and events (15 max). Great for girls nights, art classes, yoga retreats and more. Tables & seating provided or stored in a side room if you prefer a blank slate. Open room with kitchenette, dining table, wall-mounted seamless, and seating alcove area. KITCHENETTE INCLUDES: • Full-sized Refrigerator • Microwave • Toaster Oven • Table and Chairs • Coffee/tea station STUDIO FEATURES: • White beadboard Walls • Wood-look laminate floors • 2 prop sofa and industrial stool • 9' Wall mounted seamless in gray and white • 2 c-stands *dedicated parking spot plus additional free street parking.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This was the cutest space with the kindest host. We absolutely loved Katie's space for our strategy session. With the light shining in, the bright furniture, and the cool decorations, I felt very inspired to be there. Not to mention, she was super sweet and accommodating.
