We six car spaces available for parking a few yards away from the photo studio. We could fit an additional four cars with a short 1 min walk.

We have the ability to open or completely black light with large roller doors.

We don’t have much noise as we live on a farm.

We maintain a non smoking environment indoors and alcohol is not prohibited after 8PM. Outside catering is allowed with prior notification. Should indoor props, or outside amenities incur any damage an item replacement fee will be charged. EVENT FAQS Can we come in early and clean up when after reservation time ends? Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. Your time starts when the first vendor arrives and your time ends when the last person related to your event leaves, meaning that you’ll want to book enough time to avoid the late fees. What is your max capacity for Indoor Events ? 10 Can we come set up the night before? If you’d like to set up the night before, please book the space for the amount of time needed to setup prior to your event. How large is the studio? The Establishment Studio is 1200 square feet including a full bathroom. What do we do with the furniture we aren’t using or don’t want in the space? We can move the smaller items out of the space (chairs, stools, etc.) but the larger items (sofa’s, and backdrops) must stay in the studio. Are food and drinks allowed? Yes! You’re more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the space. We would ask that no open flames be used for keeping any food warn be used and that plastic glasses and cans be used as opposed to glass bottles. (Wine excluded) Where do we park? Parking instructions will be communicated upon booking, but we have lots of space for parking What happens if we go over our time? The guest that books the space will be assessed a late fee. The late fee is calculated by how many minutes past the original reservation the last party or guest associated with the event leaves the space. The late fee rate is $10/minute. The card on file will be charged the late fee the following day. Do you have speakers? Yes we do! Ask us about additional speakers if needed. Can we have a DJ? We are in a community space with another residences next door. We ask that each renter rely on the provided speaker for sound to ensure that we do not disturb our neighbor. Does The Establishment Studio provide tables and chairs? We do not have formal tables and chairs. Any additional chairs and tables will need to be brought in by the guest reserving the studio Do you have WiFi? Yes we do! WiFi password is provided upon arrival to our location When is the event fee assessed? The event fee is charged the day your event is scheduled to occur. Please allow for 2-3 days for this charge to show on your account.

We kindly ask that you are mindful to not allow furniture to scratch floors. Please notify us if you require wall decor to moved or need assistance with hanging wall decor.
