- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space was perfect. My baby shower was hosted here last weekend, and we all just loved it. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely use again if the need arises

The only thing better than this space is the host. Michael, the host, was incredibly gracious, helpful, and knowledgeable about how to make an event run smoothly. He himself is clearly a very creative person and it shows in all the details and considerations he has put into arranging this space. He also was a crucial support for logistics on the day of the actual event! The outdoor space itself is bright, colorful, and unique, comfortably furnished with tables and Adirondack chairs. The location is incredibly convenient for hosting a get-together that involves people who need to park cars easily. The indoor space is also really unique and offers numerous affordances. If I could nominate this place and Michael for some neighborhood recognition award for friendly humanitarian nice-ness as we (hopefully) emerge out of COVID, I definitely would.
