For events, or larger guest size, the rate increases. — Between 9pm-1am the rate is 250/h, after 1am it's 500/h. — Please add 13% HST to all rates to arrive at the final price. We send you an access code to enter our studio! — Lots of studios are shared, will I be sharing the space with others during my rental? No way Jose!! We would never want to share studio space with others, so you won't either! — I don't like using shared common-area restrooms, do you have a private washroom? You betcha! You can also use it as a change room as well. — Lots of studios are located in old buildings and can be hard to find. Is yours? Nope! We're a private unit, located literally right by the entrance of our building! — Can I bring pets and babies? Absolutely. Please just give us a heads up if you bring pets. — Is there an elevator? We have several elevators in our building. — Listed rate is for weekdays during 6am-9pm (small projects under 12 people). — Extra charge for music videos, projects requiring more people, during the weekend, or past close (9pm until 6am). — Please add 13% HST to all rates to arrive at the final price. — When inquiring, kindly factor in set-up time, and clean-up time to your total hours.
