About the Space
RENT SPACE: FLEX Our studio has 2 rooms. Flex is our multi-purpose community room. It is 1300sf of open space and is perfectly suited for the following: POP-UP SHOPS SPECIAL EVENTS, TALKS PRESENTATIONS TRAININGS CLASSES RETREATS WORKSHOPS FILM + PHOTOSHOOTS AND ALL OTHER COOL + FUNKY EVENTS. We are located in a shared building with our active yoga studio and provide a fantastic space for everything from photoshoots to workshops and small events. Rates typically run $125/hr. This space comes with a small but mighty bluetooth speaker, 40 chairs and 4 banquet tables. We also have a projector and yoga props for hire. We are proud to be a near ZERO WASTE facility. We encourage everyone to reduce their use of disposable coffee cups and to-go containers! Please bring your own travel mugs and non-disposable necessities while at our studio and take any waste products with you. We do not allow burning or smoking of any substances, or fog/haze production during your rental.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
