About the Space

We provide activities like singing and playing all kinds of instruments. We have a reception area with antique decorations like a hookah and a very cool piano. We have two studios, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting area which includes a massage chair and a dinning table. We also provide a refrigerator where you can keep your beverages cool.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

This is an AMAZING studio. I booked this studio for myself and 10 friends to record a song for our friends bachelor party. The equipment is amazing, the couches make for a comfortable setting to relax while there. Amin has great response time and was more than welcoming and displayed excellent hospitality upon arrival. The audio engineer was amazing as well and is not only excellent at his job but also was fun while we were recording. I recommend this studio 10 times out of ten and wish I could give them 10 stars. Great place!

Yes, I would book again.

Very clean space and bathroom it looks just like the pictures if not better. There was plenty of space for me to film and the place is nicely decorated with lots of equipment and furniture. The host was super professional and friendly! Def worth it!
