Beautiful cozy suite with peaceful vibes, thoughtfully designed for you to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience: - Modern Look - New Build - Keyless entry. - Clean and quiet - Safe neighborhood - Short drive (less than 10 min) to Atlanta's major attractions, (West) Midtown, Atlantic Station, etc. Great space for SMALL groups (no more than 8 individuals): - Photography - Filming - Podcast Recording - Retreat - Off-Site/ Creative/ Corporate Meetings - Group Work Sessions - Workshops This unit is open and airy and is approximately 900 sq. ft.

**MUST READ THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING** For the safety and security of all guests on the property: No smoking in the space. Guests must step outside the building if needed. No glitter or confetti! No overnight allowed. If an overnight is desired, please contact the host first. No pets. Quiet hours are between start at 10:30 PM FEES RANGING ($100-350) WILL BE CHARGED IS HOUSE RULES ARE NOT OBEYED. ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via Google Drive link through Peerspace messaging upon booking confirmation. Please read your messages and the link PRIOR to check-in. All guests will be required to provide a photo ID when entering the building as well as a signature. The name on the reservation must match the name on the photo ID. OVERTIME / ADDITIONAL FEES: If OT is needed, please notify the host at least 30 mins before check out to ensure it is feasible. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5x our stated hourly rate. This is for early arrivals or late check-outs. The smart lock will detect early entry or late lockup. The suite must be vacated and all items brought into the suite must be removed by the end time of your reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Guests are expected to respect the space and we kindly ask that all guests tidy up after themselves. Please place all used dishes in the sink, dispose of all used perishable items in the trash. Guests must remove any and all equipment you bring in, and this setup/breakdown time should be factored in your reservation hours. FURNITURE / DECOR: Please do not move or dismount any fixed furniture items (nightstands, thermostat, fridge, etc.). Furniture and other smaller items may be moved as long as they are moved CAREFULLY (PICKED UP AND NOT DRAGGED ACROSS THE FLOORS OR WALLS) and returned to their original location upon arrival. Please take care of the space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed at a fee $50-$150 to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
