Outdoor pool with loads of light all day, becomes shaded in the late afternoon depending on time of year. Pool can be tented to block out majority of natural light on request.

House power available on more than one circuit. All poolside outlets have GFCI breakers.

GENERAL RULES No nudity/pornographic productions No smoking or alcohol on premises Noise must be kept to a minimum No glass around/in pool Any stands or metal in the pool must be padded or have protective feet, and all items must be removed from pool before leaving. Respect the neighbours and our property. SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
