Free street parking, Metered street parking

Both free street parking and paid metered parking is available for this location. Free street parking can be found on Central Park Avenue, while paid parking is available on North Avenue. Please double check the signs before parking your vehicle.

PER CITY LIMITATIONS: This Venue can be used ONLY for private event, No ticketed events are allowed, Events can't be open to the public and No admission is allowed to be charged. No bouncers or standing in front of the main door. No selling of alcohol or any other merchandise or services in the location. No outside speakers are allowed, you may use only the built in speakers that are in the space. No bands or live music allowed and No DJ's allowed. If any of the rules will be broken the event will be shut down and no refund will be provided. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. All items brought into the venue much be removed and the space must be vacated by the end of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please make sure to factor-in setup and tear down time within your original booking to avoid extra charges. CLEANING / DAMAGES A cleaning fee is added to any booking, but guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Please respect our space and we ask/appreciate that all guests clean up after themselves. Any equipment or rentals brought into the space must be removed at the end of the event. Please be mindful of our space, and all furniture and equipment so that we can continue to offer the same great experience and rate to guests like you. Kindly refrain from using strong tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls. MUSIC If you plan on playing music during your event, you cannot bring in a third party (DJ, band) nor can you bring your own speaker. The event space is equipped with built-in Bluetooth speakers for your music needs. FURNITURE Furniture is allowed to be rearranged by guests within our space. Please do not move the furniture to the outdoors. If you choose to rearrange the furniture, kindly replace the furniture back to where you originally found it. Any damages to the space (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS Smoking is forbidden inside the space or directly in front of the building. You may smoke outside, in the back of the building, near the garage only. Glitter, confetti, or candles are prohibited. There are no open flames allowed on site. Any violation of the host rules will result in a $250 fine.
