About the Space
Ideal for getaway, teleworking, business meetings where a kitchen is needed. Filming could be done also during the day. Ideal for 2-6 people maximum. Firepit available for outside relaxation. Natural setting in the woods yet close to businesses, amenities, and tourist attractions.

No parties and absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted inside home. No loud noise as we have neighbors nearby. Please let us know the intent of your gathering so we can help make your stay the perfect fit.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Two levels of cleaning. Covid protocol. We follow all CDC guidelines. 24 hrs between stays as much as possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
