About the Space
Victorian mansion with towering ceilings and extraordinary detail has been used for many feature films, commercials, and catalog shoots. This listing is for 1) outside, OR 2) the huge, elegant dining room with towering ceilings, gorgeous moldings, chandelier medallions, and fine art. Four enormous Victorian windows provide abundant natural light. Stylish dining table and 20 chairs. Several couches and long coffee table. Please see photos that are close ups of individual art pieces. This art can be used / filmed with no licensing fee. I do not own license to the other art shown in photos. Furniture does sometimes change. If you are relying on the exact furniture shown, please inquire in advance.

The house is well powered. We have had many big shoots without a single outage. Many wall outlets. Don't know power rating, but can find out if needed.

Catering is fine, but please take out your own garbage.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
