Historic mansion has been used for a great many feature films, commercials, and catalog shoots. This listing is for a huge, elegant dining room with towering ceilings, gorgeous moldings, chandelier medallions, and fine art. Four exceptionally tall Victorian windows provide abundant natural light. Stylish dining table and 20 chairs. Large couch and long coffee table.

General Rules

Strongly prefer no shoes. Please advise if you wish to wear shoes and we will consider.
Catering is fine, but please take out your own garbage.
Please advise in advance if you wish to use our tableware (plates, utensils, etc). If so, you must clean it.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
