About the Space

A taste of rustic refinement in Santa Barbara wine country. Nestled within a terraced, sun-kissed estate amid 5-acres of vineyards, heritage oaks and an olive tree grove, the property offers indoor and outdoor living spaces that effortlessly blend relaxed sophistication with understated elegance, earning a reputation as one of wine country’s most private and unique locations. Our outdoor space includes:

 Two guest bungalows may be used as meeting locations and/or makeup/hair/lounge areas and have bathrooms and small kitchenettes with refrigerator, sink and espresso machine (no cooking facilities).

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
