All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
We offer a stylish Downtown Penthouse with a Skyline View. Tufted Velvet Couches and a Black Shag Faux Sheepskin rug accent the room. We offer options for a projector, screen setup, as well as foldable tables and chairs. This is a great space for Film, Photography, Small Events, Pop Ups, Art Gallery, small meetings, trainings etc.. Lighting description
We have great natural light coming through the window and is beautiful during the golden hours (Sunrise and Sunset). We have curtains which can block out the light if needed. We also have professional lighting accessories which can rented.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
This is a penthouse so we do not have any neighbors. We are located at the very top of a high rise (12+Floor) therefore any outside noise will not be picked up on recordings. Our rooms are treated with Sound panels and modern acoustic paint to assist with noise reduction.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded onto the freight elevator. Since it is a penthouse there is a small flight of steps that equipment must be carried or rolled up.
Staging area is available
There is a wardrobe booth up request.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Each rooms/rooftop access depends on which type of booking you have. For example, if you are having a birthday party then access to the Studio Production room will be closed unless there is special requested access.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Circuit Breaker is located in entry hall way and there are over 20 outlets with power surge adapters if needed.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
