We offer a luxury style Downtown Penthouse with a Skyline View. The velvet couches are tufted with with a Black Shag Faux Sheepskin rug to accent the room. We offer options for a projector and screen setup as well as an extra foldable tables and chairs if needed. This is a great space for Film, Photography, Events, Pop Ups, Art Gallery, meetings, trainings and Listening Parties. If you are interested in converting the space for a different type please reach out. Lights and backdrop are available upon rental request.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
