About the Space
Nestled between Beverly Hills and Inglewood, California, is the quiet neighborhood of Baldwin Hills. (BwH) It is home to the Historic Landmark Village Green, Kenneth Hahn State Park, and the highway to Hollywood, La Cienega Boulevard. Our 1001 sq ft boudoir style studio houses a 500sq ft flex room, a 250 sq ft dressing room vanity with full bathroom and a 250 sq ft kitchen. The space is ideal for podcasts, photo and video shoots. It is large enough to host pop-up shops and small intimate parties.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
