STUDIO SPECS 2850 sq ft of studio space 1400 sq ft of additional client and production space 45 x 20 ft cyc wall, with left hand return cove Industrial rigging grid with pre-hung spacelamps 3-phase 600 amp industrial power, with cam-locks 15 ft ceiling height Ground floor load-in, drive-in access Sound-proofed Parking for 20+ vehicles 3 bathrooms, 1x w shower Client Lounge: 600 sq ft, with video feed monitor, wifi, printer, leather couches, coffee bar and kitchen. Make-up & Wardrobe Room: with change area, professional steamer, iron and board, and rolling racks. Production Kitchen : fully-stocked, gas range and oven, fridge/freezer, coffeemakers, microwave, toaster, platters, plates, bowls, mugs, etc. Green Room: 450 sq ft, with wifi and desks. Studio Rental Rates $1100 = SHOOT DAY Based on 10hrs $850 = PREP DAY / PRE-LIGHT $125 = GREEN ROOM / PRODUCTION KITCHEN $150 = EARLY DROP-OFFS / NEXT DAY PICK-UPS (providing there are no scheduling conflicts) $50 - $150 POWER - Based on fixtures and hours of usage.
